On a side note, i left this in my queue but never set it to publish, wanna make a small point….
About less than a month in between pictures, been counting calories and watching macros, no work out, this was just phase one of getting my diet intact, its possible that its mostly water weight i lost, but now that thats gone its just my fat; phase 2 im in the middle of, working out and getting back my muscle mass. but the point here is that, a little bit of discipline and dieting goes a long way ladies and gents, you are all capable of doing much greater if you stick to your guns.
On a side note and negative, my lifts went down but they’ll go back up in no time.
