High protein dieting in a nut shell

End: March 8
First part of the cut… ketosis and intense work outs….
it would be nice to go through with it without making any errors such as cheat meals but lets be realistic it wont happen, so to that i say a small cheat meal a week will help through it, i DO need a carb re-feed to keep from acidosis.. k im done
time to lose 15-20 in a month lets see if i can make it below 200… Alright lets do this, ketosis, up the cardio to morning sessions and keep on with get jacked for the remaining six weeks on it.. should be good to go… cheat days once a week because i need a nice carb re-feed because i sure as fuck dont want to go through keto-acidosis.
That said: Wings wont take me heights dont faze me so take a step.
Went for a jog with niece, unable to finish mile jog. No carbs in system, the pineapple I had before the jog seems to have been burned down, my body feels weak and I’m adjusting to the diet
I think I’m gonna go ahead and induce ketosis for two weeks,maybe 3
After four days of doing it i couldnt handle it simply because im getting pretty irritable.

I stopped being 100% dedicated to my diet this past week, just because the week prior was terrible and stressful. Nonetheless i kept up on a maintenance diet, so i dont lose or gain weight, right amount of calories coming from a balanced source of carbs and protein and good fats. Well, this is what i realized throughout the week. So over the next two weeks im gonna go on a ketogenic diet, reason being because i need to put work on my shoulder under conditions where i dont have much energy to go on, this will also mean im not going to take a pre work out or anything of the sort, i need to get this shoulder in full blast asap. Maybe its not the best combination of things im gonna do, but im gonna just give it a shot and if anything goes wrong, better safe than sorry right? So my new target is this: Anything below 210 by the time i go down to miami on the 2nd of march..
Anyways, the ultimate goal is where i cut down all the way to 190 by mid april, its doable. Time to cut down, eat clean and get damn strong. School is in the middle there, cant forget about that, stress does nothing good for my body as ive seen multiple times.
I’ll fix that up soon enough, i stopped ketosis, i just wasnt feeling it. I upped my carb intake slightly to get out of ketosis. Nonetheless its still a small carb intake.
