My friend loves it, and I know it’ll be a good workout so I’m doing it with him tomorrow. I’m kinda nervous just because I’ve injured my wrists so many times with basketball. I kinda have little baby wrists and hands. Oh well, I wanna do it!
Gonna knock some one out! Well not really, but yuhh:)
Just make sure your wrists are tightly wrapped with tape or the gloves and keep a firm fist curled
is better, but the fact of the matter is that my shoulder gets exhausted easier.
I stopped being 100% dedicated to my diet this past week, just because the week prior was terrible and stressful. Nonetheless i kept up on a maintenance diet, so i dont lose or gain weight, right amount of calories coming from a balanced source of carbs and protein and good fats. Well, this is what i realized throughout the week. So over the next two weeks im gonna go on a ketogenic diet, reason being because i need to put work on my shoulder under conditions where i dont have much energy to go on, this will also mean im not going to take a pre work out or anything of the sort, i need to get this shoulder in full blast asap. Maybe its not the best combination of things im gonna do, but im gonna just give it a shot and if anything goes wrong, better safe than sorry right? So my new target is this: Anything below 210 by the time i go down to miami on the 2nd of march..
Anyways, the ultimate goal is where i cut down all the way to 190 by mid april, its doable. Time to cut down, eat clean and get damn strong. School is in the middle there, cant forget about that, stress does nothing good for my body as ive seen multiple times.
Im not really dedicated to the gym this week, been dedicating time to school and sleep a bit more, i need to. But im on maintenance… this is awesome no weight gain for this guy… my diet is kind of balanced out in a weird sort of way… its back to the gym for me on Saturday morning… gonna hit up a nice cardio load to get me started. My AC joint is way better too i tried DB pressing 50s and no stress, no pain, no weird crunching noise… i guess im good, i also Military Pressed a plate.. still no pain. This is good… this is good..
lets see if my AC joint is better.
Guy at the gym apparently told me I messed up my AC joint.. to not do shoulder excercises or any exercise that causes stress on my left shoulder, to do some rehab work and ill be fine in two weeks. For now gives me an excuse to concentrate on abdominals and legs.
