its been three work outs so far, starting this past sunday, took a rest day today, and i need to remain consistent, finals took a toll on me and i stopped doing my maintenance work for a period of three weeks….. just a little update from the ghost of fitblrs past
jeez man, i cant sleep and i started a mini cut.. gonna go for an AM jog, attempt at least lol.. if not some basketball works.. ill walk to the park, its like half a mile away anyways..
Being successful isn’t about being able to do something extravagant every once in a while. It’s about constantly chipping away and grinding until you get what you want. If you stop to moan, complain, bitch, or groan, you’ve only effectively wasted time that you could have been chipping away…. And getting that much closer to what you crave so desperately.

im at 212 + 3-5 lbs due to crappy dieting, need to strict it up so i can get down to 200 by the 22nd, totally do-able based off the fact that i havent put in too much cardio into my work outs so there goes the water weight + some fat….. ON THE BRIGHTSIDE: IVE GOTTEN STRONGER! Push pressing 185 for a 5x6
