Looks like loading on calories during weekends is working out and I’m still losing some weight and gaining strength this is good I think I found something that works

About to start 4 weeks of muscle gaining work outs. Ketosis involved in the process.. As the weeks progress the work outs become very concentrated into heavy compound lifts.. And once I’m done with this month a massive carb reload for two a days for a week straight. Then a rest period based off cardio to do what I call a mini water flush. Edc Vegas is at the end of that three day rest and flush. I plan on doing as I please in Vegas so ill look at it as a reward for any progress made… After that… Continue the cutting routine.
