im at 212 + 3-5 lbs due to crappy dieting, need to strict it up so i can get down to 200 by the 22nd, totally do-able based off the fact that i havent put in too much cardio into my work outs so there goes the water weight + some fat….. ON THE BRIGHTSIDE: IVE GOTTEN STRONGER! Push pressing 185 for a 5x6
My friend loves it, and I know it’ll be a good workout so I’m doing it with him tomorrow. I’m kinda nervous just because I’ve injured my wrists so many times with basketball. I kinda have little baby wrists and hands. Oh well, I wanna do it!

Just make sure your wrists are tightly wrapped with tape or the gloves and keep a firm fist curled
